Notes

Batch made for local homebrew competition that required 2 random ingrediants from a garden-- potatoes in the mash and spiced with peppers.

Potatoes were red potatoes harvested from my backyard. They were backed in oven and then mashed and thrown in the mash. 3 lbs worth.

4 jalapeno & 4 cubanello pepper'st that were smoked in a smoker put into the boil with 15 minutes to go.

made a tincture with jalapeno, cubanello and 50,000 - 100,000 scoville spicy thai pepper from friend's garden. Mixed this when bottling.'

Took 2nd place in local homebrew competition.
