Notes

This is intended to be a smooth and refreshing, yes rather strong too, ale named for a place in northern Scotland. With "bar" in the name that implies certain public places but with "muckity" in the name that sounds undesirable since muck is dirty and gloppy but the whole idea behind this brew is to be rich in flavor and rather strong in ABV to be enjoyed slowly and sipping.
