First re circulation mash, perfect 66oC start temperature, only dropped 2 degrees with 60 mins of reirculation.
30 litres collected which is fine as per VC recipe but less than Brewers Friend calculations. |

Had to add extra 650g of dextrose to bring the O.G. from 1.055 to 1.070. 1.070 is bang on the button! |

950ml of yeast starter added to fermenator
650g dextrose (in 300ml) added to fermenator. |

Gravity at 1.015, equivalent to 7.3% abv at this stage. |

Racked from secondary into keg, hop aromas a plenty. Very cloudy and so a Beer Brite sachet added, however on taste there is bags of bitterness and huge hop aroma, if it clears it will be awesome! |
