Kegged to 20 psi at 40 degrees
After I racked to the keg, the concentration of yeast paste in the bottom of the secondary fermenter was so thick I'm surprised by it. |

Bottled. Short bottles, red caps.
Carbonation was high, and filling was not easy tonight. Sanitizer was warm, maybe impacted? |
