Accidentally chilled to around 55F by leaving wort in the freezer while going climbing.

Pitched yeast after aerating for about 15 minutes. Next morning, temp is around 60. Set TC for 62F so rising temp hopefully doesn't cause off-flavors.

====== log screwup =========

17 dec 2016 - bottling day

Forgot to log the gravity of this beer.

Took measurement *after* adding sugar (5.5 gal @ 2.5vols), so 2.5 / 0.5 = +5 gravity points.

measured @1.022, so 1.017 is best guess for FG.
