BIAB bag had some holes so wasn't worried about saving it. Squeezed the shit out of it and ended with 8gals of HOT wort so whatever that is with the heating expansion coefficient.

Boiled an extra 25minutes or so to get it down to about 7.5gals before adding the first hops at 60

Very rigorous ferment. 6.1 in the carboy was too much. Lost just under half gallon to blow off. :(

Tasty! Mash lower produced a drier beer as hoped.

Toast the Flaked Barley in 300F oven until smells good.
