Notes

5/18/2018: Recipe adjustment: reduce crystal from 1# to .5#, reduce munich light from 2# to 1.5#, increase pilsner from 9# to 10#

Start with beer in water bath at room temp (~66 degrees).
After 2 days, use aquarium heater at half strength to raise temp to ~72 degrees
After another 2 days, up aquarium heater to full power (~80 degrees)
