earlier: evicted from temp control when I fermented the oatmeal stout ("baseline")
smells very interesting... a mix of coffee-like roastiness and dark fruit
juniper flavor is already apparent... don't know that I need to add any more
If I could carbonate this as-is right now, it might already do well in the comp. It's fascinating and fantastic! |
