raised temp to 69 f for a day. Sweet taste and good mouth feel from the oats. |

Added 4 oz of cocoa nib extra based on 12 oz tester which I used 1/4 tsp. Wayyyy toooo much. Added 20 oz of cold coffee. First taste I could taste the vodka no coffee. Next day it taste like mouth full of M&M's and still no coffee. ahy going to let it rest before calling it a failure. Thinking 2 oz of cocoa nib extract next time. |
