If you overshoot, just dilute your boiled wort with boiled water until you reach 1.036.
Cool it down and use right away, or store it in sterilized containers.
Shelf life is very long!
Adding hops is optional. You can use any hop you like as long as you don't use more than 7 grams per liter.
