Notes

Fly sparge with 3 to 4 gallons of water at 165F.
Sparge while grain bag is located in a plastic bucket; bucket should have a spigot.
My buddy just got into BIAB brewing and this was his first recipe with ingedients supplied by me.
We used a gas stove for this batch which turned out fantastic.
2 weeks in primary then 3 weeks in bottle. One of the best ambers I've tasted, hands down.
