Ended up with just under 5 litres in bottles after ferment.

Next time boost with DME or brew booster and more water to get more beer.

Filled the birko up to 80% for mash and then boiled remaining.

Boiled really quickly and kept doing boil overs until fan added.

Bit slow to start ferment but under 48 hours.
