Into fermentor 27-11-16 - Dry hopped 06-12-16
30 day hops are keg hops.
Hops aren't very bright so added 7g Gypsum and 1g Cal. Chlor. to keg on 30/12/16.
45g Mosaic & 45g Amarillo added as a hop tea to 2 1/2 boiled kettle 1/2 cup tap water 73' on 03/01/17

Hop tea mellowed after 1 week. Nice beer at that point. Keg kicked after about 5 good schooners.
