Notes

Half of this batch is for a nice lady who gave me a pound of dried and vacuum sealed Mystery Hops from her friend's backyard. Variety and AA unknown. 7 AA is just a guess.
The other half is for me. All mine! Bwahahaha.... ;-)

O.G. : 1.053. Right on the nose!

Mystery hops are dank, spicy and earthy. Decidedly NOT citrusy. A good fit for a malt-forward ale. Added some late addition Simcoe for a bit of pine.
