a decent day. hooked up the carboy with the heating belt to the controller. temp is now 78*F and i will ferment at 73*. |

Ferment going a little warm. good action after 8 hours but temp went from 73.5 to 75*. we'll see what happens. |

temp dropped to 72* and activity decidedly slower. krausen still high. Bumping temp to 75* to help the yeast complete their job |

The beer got consumed at the Guild Party and was probably the most popular. Just a very good Saison. |
