Notes

hit 1008 began chilling at 3 degrees per 24hrs
once I got to 9degC and read about Dry-hopping cold not relly giving the same level of flavour and especially aroma I decided to pause the chilling process and dry-hop for 72hrs at 9degC

dry-hopped 28th October, replicating amounts used at 10minutes which was actually 5 minutes
