grains steeped in 2 l 65 degree water 30 min
boil volume 9 litres approx
Chill down wort in sink took
one can light LME boiled along with the steeped grain liquid
amber LME dissolved in one can boling water, after boil just started, so that it had time to cool down. pretty easy to shake that small volume around to dissolve
yeast rehydr 35 degrees 12:32
