mash in
allowed wort to hit the overflow pipe, then collected ~8oz of wort to measure with newly-calibrated pH meter.
measurement: 5,34 (no acid added).
mash notes:
+ stirred mash 3 times:
- once before going to rainbow groc
- once before going climbing
- once before sparge
total mash time was between 12:30pm and 8:30pm... so like 8 hours. |
