Notes

Fått mycket fin kopparmörk färg och står ute på trädgården och rinner atm. Det lär kanske ta mer än 45 minuter för att det ska bli färdigt. Jästen är pitchad i 20,5 grader och hålls på sidan av det minimala splashet. Möjligen hinner den förbereda sig samt få mycket syre till det är klart. Jag hoppas på det, annars blir det försök till någon mildare spontantjäst öl.

Grönölet smakar som honung helt fantastiskt

Jäsning har skett med samtliga humlerester i hinken.
