Collected 3.5 gallons of 1.077 first runnings. Sparged with approx. 4 gallons 180F water. Second runnings measured 1.033. Pre-boil sample read 1.061 at about 7.5 gallons |

Refreactometer sample reads 1.043 / 11 Brix, which equate to the neghborhood of 1.022. So no change since racking to secondary. |
