Notes

Not sure where the idea to go 50/50 2-row Vienna came from. I was going to also use C-40 and Carapils but Duncan (Happy Homebrewer) suggested leave out carapils as wet hop beers tend to have plenty of head on their own. There should be enough body from the Vienna, and the extra sweetness from the crystal probably isn't what I want in a wet-hop forward IPA.

Began starter 9/16 around 8 pm. 9/17, very active - tons of foam and noticed sulfery smell, taste was sweet and cidery. However, I'm guessing this is okay from what I read online, and am hoping my yeast wasn't contaminated....
