First brewed: 09/11/2016.
Crushed grains using "cereal killer" at home finest settings started at 0907.
Mashed in 5 gallon cooler.
Missed mash temp target from 154 ended at 158.
Post mash, (checked conversion with iodine), temp was at 151.
Pre boil 7.5 gallons at 1.057.
OG 1.071
Re-hydrated yeast.
