2lb clover honey; 0.25lb Busy Bee -- old, and quite dark.
Substituted 0.25lb Sirop de Liege for prunes.
Darker than expected!

*Very* active primary ferment; blew out of airlock, blew through blowoff tube. Settled down after 4 days, switched back to airlock.

Most of the lemons have settled.
Tasted: dry, hot, very gingery. May well have overdone it with the ginger: needs time.
Also: very hazy, maybe from the sirop de liege? Cold crash to try to clear it.
