Notes

start on10/30/16. made 42 bottles many of which were Grolsch or larger. equivalent of 46 12 oz. bottles. decided to let them bottle condition for 4 weeks due to the cool temperatures. refrigerated on 12/9. drank a few early still have uneven carbonation. but the ones that are carbonated well are fantastic. drank one on 3/24/17. very carbonated and winey very good.
