Substituted Challenger Hops for Phoenix

Leave out candied sugar and dark malt for normal ABV for the family.

Jack Daniels Honey Bourbon filled with Oak Cubes for 2 months.

1/3 C priming sugar in keg for 3 weeks to aid in natural carbonation followed by several days at 15ish PSI CO2 at 35ยบ.
