Decided to add more water than steps requested since we boiled off too much water on previous brews. Aimed for 60L out of the mash tun instead of 57.8L as requested. |

Expected to boil off nearer 10L so had to add an extra 10 mins on top of the 60 min timers. |

Hydrometer reading.
Allowed 10 mins hop rest. Volume reduced further when we removed immersion chiller and hop bag. |
