Notes

Original recipe OG target = 1.07. Efficiency problems put me down to 1.06. Low efficiency coupled with very poor attenuation results in an ABV of 5.3% instead of the expected 7.3%.
Does not appear to fit any style. gravity sample was extremely hoppy, as could be expected. Hoping it carbs up to be at least drinkable.
