Pitched at 62 and let rise to 64. Held 64 for 2 days then let rise to 68 for 2 days then let rise to 70 for 2 days. Pushed to 74 for 5 days. Then will pitch 3 oz coarse ground light roast coffee in one bucket and drop temp to 40 for cold crash for 3 days before kegging. |
