Ran wort through CFC and only got to 88° F. Cooling in ferm chamber to 68°F before pitching yeast (Imperial L02 with starter.) |

Had it cold crashing and added gelatin a week ago. Sample tasted great. A little sweet, but that's okay with an Oktoberfest type beer. |

I donated this keg to Collierville brewfest and served with Chris & Jeff from Bernoulli. I was universally highly received and the keg kicked in just over an hour. An absolutely fantastic beer! |
