First trub - 350ml. Very runny, probably only 50ml of trub at the bottom, the rest clearing. |

2 x cornies filled (38 litres in total), 5-6 litres wasted as no spare vessel - :o(
1 x keg dry hopped with 50g Amarillo, 1 x keg unhopped for comparison, dry hop for 2 weeks. |

1st taste after 2 weeks in the keg.
Dry-hopped version tasted fuller and more bitter than the unhopped version.
Both blonde ales were very tasty, and very quaffable given the 4.7% abv. |

After 3 weeks conditioning in the keg the hops were removed from the dry-hopped keg. On this tasting session the un-hopped keg tasted vibrant and fresh and improved over the hopped version. Will run a 3rd taste at 4 weeks to confirm any differences in tasting notes. |
