Notes

My brother bought some random ingredients from an online brewing supplier and gave it to me as a gift about 7 months ago. Just got around to brewing. I made some notes: The oats were rolled Quaker Oats and after the 20 minute steep they were perfectly done so we divided them between two large bowls and added butter, brown sugar and cinnamon; it was a good brunch and went well with the homebrew we were testing from previous batches. The LME was pre-hopped so we didn't add hops at the beginning of the boil.
