Notes

Simple extract pale ale to try Pacifica hops brought back from NZ holiday in a single hop brew. Followed same basic recipe as NB Azacca single hop pale extract kit which was fantastic. Use 2nd Gen WY1968 harvested from Honey Blonde. Make 1L starter.
