Transferred to secondary after two weeks in primary. Fermented 16c for three days and added 1c per day after that to hit 19c for remainder of fermentation. Krausen remained throughout. Largering now at 4c added gelatin 1tsp at transfer. |

Lagerd for a few weeks while got the Kegging system sorted this brew tastes better then other Kolsch. |
