W: Clear, copper colour. Dry but malty. Very clean palate. Bitterness good. Taste on target (Ottakringer Vienna). Very nice. Hops a bit resiny, Will probably redo with just Saaz hops. |

W: very nice well balanced lager. close to ottakringer original, but slightly bigger on hops. |

4.41M Dry, malty, less body than W, recognizable Anchor Steam nose. Almost as good as W. More yeast character, less body and maltiness. Better head, irregular but stable.
