Notes
  1. Heat 1/2 gallon of water to 165 degrees in 1-2 gallon pot.
  2. Add crushed steeping grains and steep for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. After 15 minutes pour wort and steeped grains into brew pot through 5-gallon paint strainer bag.
  4. Remove bag and grains and bring to boil.
  5. Add hops and boil for 15 minutes.
  6. At flameout add aroma hops and extract. Stir extract thoroughly.
  7. Add enough chilled, distilled water to reach fermentor volume and stir thoroughly again.
