Mash in with 3.75 gal at 170F (added 1 tsp baking soda) - mash temp start at 150F
Added 1 gal at boiling at 30 min - mash temp ~152F
4 gal sparse water at 180 F ( added 1 tsp baking soda)
End mash temp at 150F
