Brewed on 6/12/2016

Strike water brought to 175 degrees. down to 165 after transfer to mash tun. Down to 158 after grain added. Added 1 oz of Hop to mash tun and stirred down to 154 degrees, Capped for 1 hour. Sparge water at 177 degrees.

FG= 1.020

racked to secondary w/ 3 oz equinox hops added on 6/18/16

*ran out of gas @45 minutes in the boil :/
