WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Final Gravity wound up being 1.011. Yielding about 4.5% ABV. Pre-bottling tastes reveal a very light tasting cherry sourish beer. Dark ruby color.

Lakewood Organic Tart cherry juice

After 1 week in bottle. Lightly carbonated. Cherry presence is light but definitely there.

Color has lightened.
