  • steeped grains in 2 gal water at 165f for 45 minutes.
  • raised water volume to 3 gal, brought to boil. Added initial malt and hops.
  • added late addition malt at 20 min remaining
  • added additional hops per schedule.
  • added 1/2 tsp reconstituted gelatin for clarifying at 22 min remaining

  • OG 1.068 @ 80F, 1.075 @ 60F

    6/16 Racked to secondary SG 1.016 @ 75F 1.021 @ 60F
  • Dryhopped for 3 days

    6/25 Kegged. SG 1.012 @75F 1.017 @60F
  • tasted very good. Needs carbonation bite.
