Notes

I undershot my OG a little bit when I brewed this (66% brewhouse eff. instead of 70%). The Belgian pilsner malt might have been the culprit.

If you brew this, please let me know how you like it. I'll probably never make it again since my girlfriend says it's "too floral" for her. Whatever.
