Notes

Slighly modified recipe from EdWorts post here: http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f62/bee-cave-brewery-koelsch-33548/

First batch of Bee Cave Kölsch was very nice. Decided for a batch #2 with som added Cascade aroma and dry hop for a even fresher thirst quencher. No longer a Kölsch by definition, but should become a nice Blonde for the summer.

Brewed on Braumeister 50.
