Notes

Additional note: This recipe is designed for use with a 8 gal MLT & kettle and requires a top off into the fermenter. If you have a 10+ gal vessel, increase your sparge water amount to 3.25 gal and the boil volume to 6 gal.

Test with 5g of gypsum, 3g of calcium chloride, and 2 ml of lactic acid
