Notes

Based somewhat on Firestone Walker Easy Jack clone recipes.

Mash 65C single infusion.

I fermented on the cold side, starting at 17C at pitching and allowing it to rise to 18C over the first five days. Finished up at 18C for 10 days before crash cooling at 5C.

Original recipe calls for Huell Melon Hops but I swapped out for Kohatu.
Mosaic for Citra. Swapped equal amounts around to work profile.
