Notes

The single step 90 min mash didn't get a great result on efficiency - only 64%. So, no point in a longer single step mash - will need to change the mash temp

Ended up being quite good - Al asked for 3 bottles
It was fairly bitter - worked well with the water treatment
Nice hop taste to it, Motueka a good choice with Sorachi
Sorachi taste not overpowering - could have tipped the balance a bit more towards it
