Wort temp 71F 13min after flame out 1:19
Siphon thru filter funnel into bottle bucket
Aerate with wand for 2 mins until frothy
Transfer to carboy via spigot, thru filter funnel
Add 1 gal cold water
OG 1.07
Added 0.5 gal to 5gallon
Pitch yeast. |
