Notes

SMaSH recipe.

First brew hit the numbers gravity numbers well - OG 1.051/FG 1.014

Amazing flavour (10 days after bottling) - lot of, controlled, grapefruit like citrus. Low key bitterness.

Almost like a cross between a quality Pilsner and a lighter IPA.

A while later and the aroma is full-on passionfruit but the flavour is, to me, just bizarre. It splits opinion - you either love it or hate it and unfortunately I fall in to the latter camp!
