Bubbles started in air lock before bed 12am on brew day. They became steadier on Monday and Krausen formed on Tuesday. Yesterday may have been the peak of fermentation with hottest air lock Temps around 52. Ambient fermenting chamber temp has been around 45-46. Raising to 48 today as fermentation has slowed a bit. |
