Notes

Using 8 oz of Dried Heather Flowers and 8 oz of Dried Chamomile Flowers to make a half gallon of tea to put into the secondary. Tea will then be added to the secondary, cooled, and then I will transfer the beer on top of the tea and dry hop for 7-10 days.
