Very nice flavor. Rich in melanoidins with mellow spice and citrus. Even though I used 6.4 oz (181g) of Rangpur zest harvested only hours prior, I was expecting more citrus. We'll see how it develops. I'm optimistic. |

Lots of peppery, perfumey grains of paradise, with a healthy amount of Rangpur. I bet that once the carbonation is filled out, the acidity will make the Rangpur and spices really come out. Tasted good and Belgian without the yeast being overwhelming. |
