Temperatures were RIGHT on at 3.2C degrees lost when grains were put in. Well done.
I need to still work out water volumes however. Since I squeeze as much out of the bag as possible, water lost to grain is much lower.
I think I'm supposed to either take this reading while grain is still in, or take the reading after topping up to the strike water..
Either way, the preboil and mash steps are kind of useless except for keeping notes. |
